Admissions to the Baqai Medical University are purely done on merit basis. There is no quota system or seats against any donations. Candidates from any where in Pakistan and abroad are eligible to apply if they fulfill the basic requirements of Admissions as per University rules.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Eligibility
M.B.B.S & B.D.S : F.SC, (Pre Medical) / 'A' Levels / Grade 12 American School or Equivalent Qualifications with at least 60% marks passed in 2007.
Pharm .D (Doctor of Pharmacy) F.SC. (Pre Medical)/'A' Levels / Grade 12 American School or Equivalent Qualifications with at least 55% marks.
Admission Cell
The University has established a permanent Admission Cell under the patronage of the Director Prof. Dr. Mrs. Zahida Baqai, who is responsible for all matters pertaining to admissions e.g. admission test, interviews and selection of candidates.
Selected applicants must pass a physical and mental examination performed at Fatima Hospital, Baqai Medical University before being registered in their respective courses.

For
Local Merit Seats
Application
form and prospectus can be obtained by paying a non refundable fee
of Rs.1500/- cash in person from the Admission Cell,
Submission
of Applications
Duly
filled Applications with all required documents (attested
photocopies) should be submitted in person to the Admission Cell,
Candidates
filling the online application
forms
must note the "Form ID" issued after successful
submission of forms. They will print the form by giving the "Form
ID" and submitted it in person along will all required documents to
Admission Cell, Baqai Medical University, Super Highway, Gadap Road,
Karachi with a non refundable submission fee of Rs.1500/- or through
registered mail to the Director Admissions, Admissions Cell, Baqai
Medical University, Super Highway, Gadap Raod, Karachi with a Bank
Draft of Rs.1600/- in favour of "Baqai Medical University" drawn on
a bank in Karachi.
Application
forms can also be downloaded from and can be submitted along with
all required documents in person to Admission Cell, Baqai Medical
University, Super Highway, Gadap Road, Karachi with a non refundable
submission fee of Rs.1500/- or through registered mail to the
Director Admissions, Admissions Cell, Baqai Medical University,
Super Highway, Gadap Raod, Karachi with a Bank Draft of Rs.1600/- in
favor of "Baqai Medical University" drawn on a bank in
Karachi.
Applications
through registered mail or courier service must reach the Admission
Cell,
Admit
Card for entrance test will be issued on receiving application form
in person or will be posted through registered mail if application
is received through postal mail.
Applications
received through registered mail or courier service without fee as
described above will not be processed.
For
Overseas Pakistani and Foreign Seats
Application
form and prospectus can be obtained by paying a non refundable fee
of US$ 150/- cash in person from the Admission Cell,
Duly
filled Applications with all required documents (attested
photocopies) should be submitted in person to the Admission Cell,
Application
form is also available on our web site. Printed and duly filled
application form along with all required documents can be submitted
in person to Admission Cell, Baqai Medical University, Super
Highway, Gadap Road, Karachi with a non refundable fee of
Overseas
Pakistani and Foreign students will be called for an interview with
parents after the submission of applications.
Applications received through registered mail or courier service without fee as described above will not be processed. Instructions
a) Attested copies of the following documents: i) High School Mark Sheet / Certificate. ii) High School Provisional Certificate. iii) Higher Secondary School Mark Sheet / Certificate. iv) Higher Secondary School / College Provisional Certificate. v) Equivalence Certificate from IBCC of 'A' & 'O' levels/Grade 12/other equivalent examinations in case of other than Pakistani Education Boards. vi) Extra Curricular activities certificates if any b) Three recent passport size photographs with name and father name of candidate at the back on photograph should be pasted on the space provided in the application form.
